Showit Account Access

Update 8:00 PM - Issue is resolved thanks to the hard work of Todd and Aaron from the Showit Dev team.

7:45 PM - If you have attempted to log into your Showit account in the last few hours you most likely received an "Email and password do not match" message. We are aware of the issue and know that it is also affecting the GETit store and Help Desk system. We are currently (as in right now) working with the company that hosts our user data.

This does not affect your public website in any way and is not related to our hosting servers with Amazon. Please check back here for more updates.

Hello.
I purchased the wrong thing on your website on Sunday and have contacted your office through email and phone at least 5 times to no avail. I need to get a refund so I can purchase the proper program on the monthly fee base. Please get back to me asap. This is really frustrating. Is there a specific number that I can call where I can speak to someone or you guys don't have that available? This is extremely frustrating.

Hey, just left you a message on your cell ref. NAPP and Showit Pro giveaway back in 2007. Yeh it's been a long time. I was seriously injured and had several spine surgeries from my neck, down to L5/S1 vertebrae. Just trying to reach out to all the areas I can to make contact. I cannot get any support to change my MX or A records and while I am waiting now since early yesterday evening and its now the next day around 10:30am I have no email and no blog and I have no support at showitfast to call and I Cannot email from the ticket system or check the ticket system as it wont let me in, also no live support yet......... HELP
