I sent and resent the confirmation e-mail to set up showit sites, but it never arrives in my inbox or my spam box. I know the e-mail address I gave is correct because I used my getit account. Help?

Hey Lydia,

Sorry about the problem, we had some problems with emails getting blocked but we just switched providers to handle delivering that email. You should be able to login now and request that the confirmation be resent. If you still don't get it, submit a ticket at showitfast.com/support

I just installed the beta, but when I open it, it always sits on the "site loading..." bar. Nothing happens. I've left it for hours to give it time to load, but it doesn't. Any help?

Forgot to add that I use Windows Vista. Could there be a problem with that? Help!

Why is this site deceiving people when it's called freeware but IT'S NOT?

I have a few questions about showit sites. If we sign up to be a lifer does that mean we don't pay the hosting fee of $39/month? Do we have to work within the style groups or can we completely customize our site anyway we want with drag and drop features or is it, for example, you can customize your colors from these choices? I noticed in the shopping cart when you push next there are choices to pay $500, $1000, $10,000, $2,000 etc. Are these just space fillers or will there be new functionalities for showit and we'll have to pay more? If we get the showit sites will we have to buy stuff later on to get full functionality? For example, Jasmine's site is what the showit sites does at this moment and anyone can do that and not have to code features in or buy features later on?

Will the ShowitSites allow Redcart or Pickpic to be installed in the site? Are you planning on creating shopping carts in the future?

I like what I see so far, but how are portrait orientation images shared in a gallery so the window doesnt have to be resized to fit them?
